- Submitted to Plan Review Team on March 24, 2025. Feedback received June 2o, 2025
- Distributed for Public Comment on March 27, 2025 – June 26, 2025. No public comments received.
Draft 5 Re-Submitted to Interagency Plan Review Team
- Submitted to Plan Review Team on July 14, 2025. Anticipated return on August 1, 2025.
- On July 31, 2025, the Plan Review Team shared they will make a recommendation to the Water Resources Commission that the Plan was developed in a manner consistent with the 2015 Draft Guidelines and statewide IWRS principles and should be recognized by the Commission.
Final Draft – Consensus Achieved August 4, 2025, State Recognition Achieved September 12, 2025
